Parsi New Year 2019, Details of Nowruz

The new year is celebrated with great enthusiasm in the Parsi community. In religion it is known as Khordad Sal. The Zoroastrians spend 360 days a year and the remaining five days for the saga. The saga means the day to remember your ancestors. It is celebrated just five days before the end of the year. There was a time when there used to be a large community of Parsi society, but this phase of change drove us away from us. Many have turned to big cities due to careers and better education, while there are some who are still keeping the society alive. The new year of Parsi society is celebrated on 19 August. Let's know Parsi religion and some untouched aspects related to it.
