Parsi New Year 2019, Details of Nowruz
The new year is celebrated with great enthusiasm in the Parsi community. In religion it is known as Khordad Sal. The Zoroastrians spend 360 days a year and the remaining five days for the saga. The saga means the day to remember your ancestors. It is celebrated just five days before the end of the year.
There was a time when there used to be a large community of Parsi society, but this phase of change drove us away from us. Many have turned to big cities due to careers and better education, while there are some who are still keeping the society alive.
The new year of Parsi society is celebrated on 19 August. Let's know Parsi religion and some untouched aspects related to it. Time gave many sour and sweet experiences of life, but it is our rituals, on which we are still handling our religion and customs related to it.
History and tradition of Zoroastrianism: -
Many Parsis converted their religion in 1380 AD when a wave of conversion took place in Iran, but those who did not approve left the country and came to India. Coming here, he has preserved the rites of his religion till today.
The most important thing is that the people of the society are against conversion. Mr. Bajan told that if a girl from Parsi community gets married in another religion, then she can be kept in religion,
But her husband and children are not included in the religion. The same thing happens with boys. If the boy marries in another community, he and his children are allowed to join religion, but not his wife.
* If any person of the society comes here from any other city or country, then their living and eating arrangements are done with full faith and service.
* To keep the people of the society in one thread, never caught the wrong path. Even today Parsi community brothers have full faith in their religion. On the occasion of New Year and other festivals, people come and worship at the Parsi Dharamshala. Zoroastrian communities do not believe in conversion.

* It is true that less people of this society are left in cities and villages. In particular, the youth have left the city in relation to career and education and have shifted to big cities, but yes, there are some youth who are still living in the city to take care of their parents.
According to Bajan, the birthday of our Lord Proffet Jarsthru is celebrated on 24 August. Due to the absence of special programs on New Year, worship and other programs are organized on 24 August.
This day is also the most special of our festivals. It is because of his name that we are called Jarasthruti.
